We tell you what it actually needs
Plenty of doors have years left in them with the right repair, and we'll say so rather than quoting a replacement. Equally, if a twelve-year-old opener is going to cost more in repairs over two years than a new one costs today, we'll show you both numbers and let you choose.
Prices confirmed before we start
You get a quote before any work begins. If a job turns out to need more than we quoted, you hear about it before we touch it, not on the invoice.
We replace in pairs
Springs and cables get replaced two at a time as standard. The second one has done the same number of cycles as the one that just failed, and replacing only the broken one is a second callout waiting to happen. It costs a little more today and considerably less over the year.
We finish the job properly
Every repair ends the same way: the door rebalanced, the opener force limits reset, and the safety reverse tested. That last one is the check that stops a door closing on a child or a car, and it takes two minutes.
